SPACE PLANNING

DESIGN & BUILD

PROGRAMME OF WORKS

Prior to starting your office fit out, we’ll provide you with a complete breakdown of each and every stage of the build. This detailed Programme of Works will also include an accurate and clear timeline of the project, and you’ll also receive a complete set of working drawings for sign off.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once the pre-construction phase of your project begins, we’ll assign you with one of our highly experienced Project Managers. They’ll act as your direct point of contact throughout and ensure that your project runs smoothly, and is completed on time and on budget.

SITE MANAGER

Depending on the size of your project, you may also be assigned a dedicated Site Manager, who’ll oversee the entire build stage and supervise all sub-contractors and service providers on site, in order to ensure that everything is implemented safely and correctly. 

HEALTH &
SAFETY

The health and safety of your employees and our installation team is of the utmost importance. All our projects are implemented with the strictest health and safety practices in mind, with all relevant building regulations adhered to in the design of your new workspace.

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER & PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR

By law, the client is required to hire both a Principal Designer and a Principal Contractor (in writing) for any construction project involving more than one contractor. With over a decade of experience acting as both, you can be assured that your project is in the right hands.
