Your fit out project requires a dedicated team of experienced designers, project managers and installers. We created Nexsteps™ to take your fit out project to the next level. It’s a fully tried and tested process developed on over 100 projects during the last decade. Our expert team have stringent checks at each stage to ensure we’re delivering your fit out project to the highest and safest standards.
Check out below the 5 easy steps to implementing a successful project…
The first part of any successful project is an accurate survey. One of our expert designers will visit your premises, discuss your requirements in detail and conduct a site survey.
Our goal is to learn about your business and understand how you currently operate. This will allow us to design a workspace that adds value to your business and makes the most of your building. By carrying out an accurate survey in the initial stages, we can achieve that.
Once we’ve taken a brief from you, its back to the office to design your space. Combining your requirements and our expert knowledge to create the right solution for you.
We will create concept drawing layouts of your new workspace and depending on your requirements we will also produce 3D visualisations too, allowing you to see exactly what your new premises will look like on completion.
Once your concept drawings are agreed upon, we’ll create a detailed proposal for your project. Here at Nexus we believe that transparency is key, that’s why we itemise each and every aspect of your project within our quotations.
Because we offer a full turn-key solution, you only have to work with one contractor throughout the whole project. This means you don’t have to negotiate and chase quotes from multiple contractors, potentially delaying your project.
On confirmation of your order, we will appoint a dedicated project co-ordinator to your project who will create a full set of working drawings and a comprehensive programme of works.
Once you sign off the working drawings, we will introduce you to your dedicated Project Manager who will be your one point of call throughout the project. Their role is to guide you through the lead in & build stage of your project.
Your Project Manager will ensure that the build runs smoothly and will hold regular progress meetings with you, to keep you in the loop at all times. You will also be appointed your site manager dependant on the size of your project.
On completion of your project, we will accompany you on a full site walk to ensure that you are pleased with the final product. We will also present you with your O&M manuals, your health and safety file and all your warranties.
