Mezzanine floors are the ideal solution if you want to utilise the available head height within your warehouse to increase office, storage or production space – by double or even triple. With their bespoke nature, a mezzanine floor provides you with a solution that meets your specific requirements, which can be further enhanced with our other services…

  • Office mezzanine floors
  • Storage mezzanine floors
  • Production mezzanine floors

We can create the perfect spaces within a space by sectioning off specified areas of your warehouse using a variety of smart partitioning solutions. We can divide entire areas with eave height jumbo stud walls, create dedicated office spaces, or safe secure areas for storing inventory and materials.

  • Robust, durable systems
  • Solid sound-proofed partitioning
  • Demountable systems that can easily be relocated

Your warehouse refurbishment may also need to include a suitable heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system and our experts are here to help. Whether it’s the depth of winter or the height of summer, your employees need a comfortable environment to produce their best work. Our solutions include:

  • Temperature controlled spaces
  • Central and split systems
  • Ventilation

One of the finishing touches to your warehouse refurbishment is good quality floor paint to cover your warehouse floor. The correct paint can protect your floors from forklift traffic damage, help to prevent accidents and minimise damage from chemical and other material spills. We offer a range of options, including:

  • Heavy duty slip resistant paint
  • Antistatic floor paint
  • Bay and work area markings

During the pre-construction phase, we’ll assign you with a dedicated Project Manager who’ll be on hand to guide you throughout the entire build and answer any questions you may have. They’ll keep you in loop at all times through clear communications and regular progress meetings.

Depending on the size and scale of your warehouse refurbishment project, you may also be assigned a dedicated Site Manager who will take charge of supervising the build stage and ensure that everything is implemented safely, within the agreed timescales, and right on budget.

Upon agreement to proceed, we’ll assign you with your own Project Co-ordinator, who’ll be responsible for providing you with a complete breakdown of every stage of the fit-out, including the build sequence and the duration of each step of your build. You will also receive a set of working drawings for your sign off prior to commencement.

We take our responsibilities seriously, and the health and safety of your employees (and ours) is our absolute priority at all times. We’ve built our reputation on our great customer care, service and safety standards, and we promise to take every step to ensure the safe delivery of your warehouse refurbishment project.

We create RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements) and a Construction Phase Plan for every project we undertake, as required by law. These RAMS detail any hazards that may be encountered by our installers and identify and outline a safe way of working around them. They also consider each and every health and safety issue and ensure that all potential risks are managed.
