WAREHOUSE FIT OUT IMPLEMENTATION

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

During the pre-construction phase, we’ll assign you with a dedicated Project Manager who’ll be on hand to guide you throughout the entire build and answer any questions you may have. They’ll keep you in loop at all times through clear communications and regular progress meetings.

SITE MANAGEMENT

Depending on the size and scale of your warehouse refurbishment project, you may also be assigned a dedicated Site Manager who will take charge of supervising the build stage and ensure that everything is implemented safely, within the agreed timescales, and right on budget.

PROGRAMME OF WORKS

Upon agreement to proceed, we’ll assign you with your own Project Co-ordinator, who’ll be responsible for providing you with a complete breakdown of every stage of the fit-out, including the build sequence and the duration of each step of your build. You will also receive a set of working drawings for your sign off prior to commencement.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We take our responsibilities seriously, and the health and safety of your employees (and ours) is our absolute priority at all times. We’ve built our reputation on our great customer care, service and safety standards, and we promise to take every step to ensure the safe delivery of your warehouse refurbishment project.

We create RAMS (Risk Assessment & Method Statements) and a Construction Phase Plan for every project we undertake, as required by law. These RAMS detail any hazards that may be encountered by our installers and identify and outline a safe way of working around them. They also consider each and every health and safety issue and ensure that all potential risks are managed.

PRINCIPAL DESIGNER

As the client, you are required by law to appoint, in writing, a Principal Designer before starting any construction project that involves more than one contractor. Their role is to ensure that all health and safety requirements and building regulations are adhered to within the design of your new warehouse facilities, to ensure the safety of construction workers and also those who will work in the premises after completion.

PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR

As the client, you are required by law to appoint in writing a Principal Contractor on any construction project that involves more than one contractor. Their role is to ensure the health and safety of all sub-contractors on site during the build, and that all sub-contractors are carrying out their duties safely and following all the correct practices.
