FITTING OUT NEW OFFICES - WHICH BINGO PROJECT UPDATE
Last week we began work on the four week office fit out project for the UK’s leading independent online bingo review website Which Bingo.
Established in 2000, Which Bingo have gone from strength to strength and are now the go to site when choosing the bingo site that’s right for you. With expert reviews, information and offers for 420 bingo sites, you can see why they have become the market leader.
With this growth comes the inevitable need to move to a larger premises and once this became apparent and they had identified their new premises in Leeds, Which Bingo started to look online for a fit out contractor that could design and implement their requirements.
They found us online and got in touch at the beginning of November to begin discussing their needs and thoughts on how they’d like the new premises to look. They were keen to completely alter the existing layout of the premises and have a completely bespoke solution.
We have torn down the majority of the existing partitioning in the premises and erected new partitions to create Which Bingo’s new office facilities. These include the creation of a four person open plan office space, two meeting rooms, a managing director’s office, reception area and a brand new kitchen.
Which Bingo required a flexible solution for their new meeting room, so we recommended an operable wall be built in between the two meeting rooms, allowing them to convert the room into one large boardroom at a moments notice.
The kitchen facilities required an extension to be suitable for Which Bingo’s needs, this includes the installation of extra kitchen units and new lighting. We have designed all aspects of the build and are installing all elements including a new fire alarm system, power and data and reconfiguring the existing lighting layout throughout the office.
Which Bingo required brand new office furniture for their new facilities too, so we sat down with them to discuss their options and they chose a solution from Elite Office Furniture. We have worked with Elite on many of our projects and are one of many furniture partners to choose from when working with Nexus Workspace.
This is also our new Project Manager, Wade Stones first project since joining us, so it’s also an exciting time for him, getting his teeth stuck into managing the project, ensuring everything goes smoothly for Which Bingo.
The project is due to take four weeks, so it won’t be long before Which Bingo are up and running in their brand new office premises. Make sure you check back then to see the completed facilities and hear from Which Bingo themselves on what it was like to work with us.
